Melany Markham has been working as a communications specialist with humanitarian aid organisations for the last nine years. She has degrees from the University of Melbourne and studied photography at the Australian Centre for Photography in Sydney.
During 20011, her work in Yemen was part of a group exhibition at the Royal British Institute of Architects on the Arab Spring. Since, she has photographed throughout East Africa for the Lutheran World Federation.
